Refund Policy
Last updated 26 August 2026 · Soulvaya Labs, Inc. · bellcowgm.com
Written in plain English. This document describes, accurately, how the product actually works. The corporate details — legal entity, state of incorporation, registered address and governing law — are settled and stated in the Terms of Service. Where anything here conflicts with the law that applies to you, the law wins. Questions or corrections: support@bellcowgm.com.
Bellcow is a $19.99 one-time purchase. A refund policy for a product like that should be short enough to read in a minute and generous enough that you never need a lawyer to use it. Here is ours.
7 days. No questions. Before the season's midpoint.
Ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, and before the end of NFL regular-season Week 9, and you get all $19.99 back. You do not have to explain yourself, justify the request, or sit through a retention pitch. One email to support@bellcowgm.com does it.
Who is eligible
You are eligible for a full refund of your Season Pass if both of these are true:
- Your request reaches us within 7 calendar days of the purchase timestamp on your Stripe receipt; and
- The NFL regular season has not yet passed its midpoint — we define that as the conclusion of the last game of Week 9 of the NFL regular season, in the season your pass covers.
You do not need to have used the product, or not used it. You do not need a reason. There is no restocking fee and no partial deduction.
Why the midpoint rule exists
The Season Pass is a seasonal product: its value is concentrated in the weeks it covers. A 7-day window that stayed open all season would let someone buy in Week 14, take the playoff-run advice, and then ask for the money back — which is not a refund, it is a free product. Capping the window at the season's midpoint keeps the policy honest in both directions. If you buy in August, you effectively have a two-week trial with two months of season still ahead of you. If you buy in Week 12, you have bought the back half of a season on purpose, and that sale is final.
The window, concretely
| When you bought | Refund window |
|---|---|
| Preseason, or Weeks 1–7 | The full 7 days from purchase. |
| Weeks 8–9 | Up to the end of Week 9, even if that is fewer than 7 days. |
| Week 10 onward | No refund under this policy — but read the next section, because we still fix our own mistakes. |
What we refund at any point in the season
The 7-day/Week-9 rule is the no-questions-asked lane. Outside it, we still refund in full when the fault is ours:
- You were charged twice for the same season. We refund the duplicate, always, whenever you notice.
- You were charged and never got access because something on our side broke and we could not fix it.
- We discontinue the service mid-season. We refund the unused portion pro rata.
- We make a material change that meaningfully reduces what you paid for and you tell us you do not accept it. We refund the unused portion.
- An unauthorised charge on a card that is not yours. Tell us; we will refund it and help you sort it out.
What is not refundable
- Requests made after the 7-day window has closed, or after the end of Week 9, whichever comes first — except for the fault-based cases above.
- A pass that has expired. Once January 5 has passed, the season it covered is over and there is nothing left to return.
- Free-tier use. You never paid for it, so there is nothing to refund.
- Promotional passes obtained with a 100%-off code. No money changed hands, so no money comes back. If you paid a discounted amount, we refund the amount you actually paid — not the list price.
- Dissatisfaction with a result. Bellcow is decision support, not an outcome. Losing a matchup, missing the playoffs, or disagreeing with a recommendation is not a refund reason under this policy — though it is a very good reason to email us and tell us what went wrong, and we do read those.
- Loss of access you caused — for example an account suspended for breaching the Acceptable Use section of the Terms.
- Third-party charges. Bank fees, currency conversion costs and card-issuer charges are between you and your bank.
Seasonal purchase rules
- The Season Pass covers one season and expires at 23:59:59 UTC on January 5 following purchase.
- A purchase made between January 1 and January 5 covers the season already ending. That may be only a few days of access. It is stated at checkout, and it is not grounds for a refund by itself — but if you genuinely bought in that window by mistake, email us within 7 days and we will refund you.
- Passes are not transferable between accounts, are not redeemable for cash or credit, and do not roll over into the next season.
- Nothing renews. There is no recurring charge to cancel, so there will never be a "I forgot to cancel" refund request. See Cancellation.
How to request a refund
Email support@bellcowgm.com from the address on your account, with the subject line Refund. Include:
- The email address you bought with, if it is different from the one you are writing from.
- The date of purchase, or the Stripe receipt.
That is the whole process. You can also reach us through Contact Support or the Help Center. There is no form to fill in, no phone tree, and no cancellation flow designed to slow you down.
Response and processing time
| Step | Our commitment |
|---|---|
| We reply to your request | Within 2 business days. |
| We approve or explain | Within 5 business days of your request. |
| We issue the refund in Stripe | Within 2 business days of approval. |
| The money reaches your account | Typically 5–10 business days after we issue it — that part is your bank's timeline, not ours. |
Where the money goes
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method in the original currency, for the amount you actually paid. We cannot send a refund to a different card, a bank transfer, a wallet or store credit — not because we are being difficult, but because Stripe reverses the original charge and that is the only destination it has. If the original card has been closed, your bank is normally still required to route the refund to you; if it does not, contact your bank and we will supply whatever transaction detail they ask for.
What happens to your access
A refund ends your Season Pass and your account becomes inactive. You keep your account, your leagues and your data, and you keep using the free features. Nothing is deleted. If paid features are still showing after a refund, that is a lag on our side and not an entitlement — tell us and we will clear it. If you later change your mind, you can simply buy a pass again.
Chargebacks
Please email us before you call your bank. A chargeback on a $19.99 charge costs us a dispute fee several times larger than the sale, takes weeks to resolve, and gets you your money more slowly than we would have sent it. Our policy exists precisely so you never need one.
If you do file a chargeback, we will respond to it with the transaction record and this policy, and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open. We will not fight a chargeback that we can see is legitimate — if you were entitled to a refund, we will concede it. Accounts used to file repeated fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently closed.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any refund, withdrawal or cancellation right the law gives you where you live — including consumer rights in the UK, the EU and various US states. It does not replace or reduce them. If your local law entitles you to more than this policy offers, you get more.
