Terms of Service
Last updated 25 August 2026 · Soulvaya Labs, Inc. · bellcowgm.com
Written in plain English. This document describes, accurately, how the product actually works. The corporate details — legal entity, state of incorporation, registered address and governing law — are settled and stated below. Where anything here conflicts with the law that applies to you, the law wins. Questions or corrections: support@bellcowgm.com.
These Terms are the agreement between you and Soulvaya Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Soulvaya", "we", "us") covering Bellcow GM — the website at bellcowgm.com, the web app at /app, the emails we send you, and everything the product does. We have written them in plain English because we would rather you actually read them.
1. The agreement
By creating an account, buying a Season Pass, or using any part of Bellcow GM, you agree to these Terms, to the Privacy Policy, and to the policies linked from the legal hub — the Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, AI Disclaimer and Fantasy Sports Disclaimer. Those documents are part of this agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you have already paid and you do not agree, tell us at support@bellcowgm.com and we will refund you under the Refund Policy.
2. Who can use Bellcow
- You must be at least 13 years old. Bellcow is not designed for, marketed to, or knowingly offered to children under 13.
- If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use Bellcow with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and only that parent or guardian may buy a Season Pass.
- You must be able to form a binding contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using the service under any applicable law or sanctions list.
- You must be legally permitted to use the fantasy platforms you connect (Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo) and you must comply with their rules.
3. Your account
Bellcow accounts are keyed to an email address. There is no password — we send a six-digit code to your inbox, you type it in, and we issue your browser a signed session that lasts 30 days. Because of that:
- Your email inbox is your account. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Secure your inbox.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at support@bellcowgm.com if you believe someone else has access.
- One account is for one person. Do not share your sign-in codes, and do not resell or pool access.
- Signing out clears the session stored in your browser. See Security for exactly how sessions work and what signing out does and does not do.
- Keep your email address current. If we cannot reach you, you may lose access to your account and to the digests you asked for.
4. What Bellcow is
Bellcow GM is a decision-support tool for season-long fantasy football. When you connect or import a league, Bellcow reads it and produces:
- Projections — weekly and rest-of-season expected points, computed by our own models from public NFL data, then scored against your league's exact settings.
- A ranked plan — the specific lineup changes, waiver claims with a suggested bid, and trade offers we think move your season the most, each with the reasoning shown.
- Season simulations — repeated simulated runs of your remaining schedule, producing playoff and championship probabilities as modeled estimates with their own margin of error.
- Alerts and a morning digest — injury, depth-chart and roster changes that actually affect your team, delivered in-app and, if you turn them on, by email.
- An assistant — a chat that answers questions about your league using a compact summary of your league state. See the AI Disclaimer and Privacy Policy for exactly what is sent where.
How all of that is built — every data source, model and licence status — is documented on the Data Sources page.
5. What Bellcow is not
- Bellcow is read-only. It never submits a lineup, a waiver claim, a trade offer, or any other transaction on your behalf. It tells you the move; you make it yourself on your own platform. This is a deliberate design decision, not a limitation we plan to remove quietly.
- Bellcow is not a gambling service. It does not accept wagers, place bets, run contests, hold prize money, or facilitate any of that. Nothing in the product is an invitation to gamble.
- Bellcow is not financial, legal, tax or professional advice of any kind.
- Bellcow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL club, the NFL Players Association, or Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo or any other fantasy platform. Team, league and player names are used descriptively to identify real people and organisations.
6. Pricing and payment
The Season Pass is $19.99 USD, paid once. It unlocks the full product for the current NFL season and expires at the end of January 5 (23:59:59 UTC) following your purchase. A purchase made between January 1 and January 5 covers the season that is already ending — buy at the very end of a season and you get days, not a year, so buy earlier.
There is no free tier. Bellcow is a single paid product: the Season Pass unlocks everything, for every league you play in. An account without an active pass is inactive — you keep your account and your data, and you can sign in, but the product does not run until a pass is active.
Payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. Bellcow never sees, handles or stores your card number, CVC or bank details — see Security. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax, duty or bank fee your card issuer or jurisdiction applies. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the mistake.
We may change the price of the Season Pass for future seasons. A price change never affects a pass you have already bought.
Promotional codes (including 100%-off codes) may be issued at our discretion, are personal to you, are not redeemable for cash, and can be withdrawn at any time before they are used.
7. No auto-renewal
Nothing renews. Nothing recurs. We do not keep a card on file.
The Season Pass is a single one-time charge. Bellcow does not create a subscription, does not store a payment method for future use, and cannot charge you again without you deliberately going through checkout again. When January 5 passes, your account simply becomes inactive (§6). You will not receive a surprise charge next August.
One honest exception. A small number of accounts from an earlier version of the product hold a legacy monthly Stripe subscription. Those still work and are still honoured while active — and, because they are real Stripe subscriptions, they do renew until cancelled. If that is you, see Cancellation, or email us and we will cancel it for you. No new subscriptions are being sold.
8. Cancellation
Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using Bellcow at any time, delete your leagues, turn off digests, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Access under an unexpired Season Pass ends on January 5 whether you use it or not. The full detail, including how to delete your account and how legacy subscriptions are handled, is on the Cancellation Policy page.
9. Refunds
Seven days, no questions asked, provided the request reaches us before the NFL regular season passes its midpoint (the end of Week 9). The complete policy — eligibility, non-refundable circumstances, promotional purchases, how to request one, timing and where the money goes — is on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights where you live are additional to that policy, not replaced by it.
10. Acceptable use
Use Bellcow for managing your own fantasy teams. Do not:
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell, sublicense or redistribute Bellcow's projections, rankings, values, simulations, plans or any other output, or build a competing product from them.
- Use automated tools, scripts or headless browsers to hammer the service, evade rate limits, or generate load that degrades it for others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, parameters or training methods, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
- Attempt to access another user's account, league data, entitlement or alerts, or to bypass authentication, entitlement checks or any other access control.
- Connect leagues, accounts or credentials that are not yours, or that you are not authorised to access.
- Use Bellcow to break a fantasy platform's terms, to collude with other managers against a league's rules, or to interfere with the integrity of a league you are in.
- Use Bellcow in connection with sports betting, daily fantasy contests, prop markets or any wagering activity that would put us in a regulated category.
- Upload or transmit anything unlawful, malicious, or infringing, or attempt to introduce malware into the service.
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation with Bellcow or Soulvaya Labs, Inc.
11. Our intellectual property
Bellcow GM — the software, the models, the projection and valuation methods, the simulation engine, the interface, the copy, the Bellcow name, the bell mark and the mascot — is owned by Soulvaya Labs, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Buying a Season Pass buys you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own fantasy teams for the duration of your access. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
Third-party data we ingest remains the property of its source and is used under the licences recorded on the Data Sources page, with attribution where required.
12. Your content and league data
Your leagues, rosters, settings, preferences and the questions you ask the assistant are yours. You keep ownership of them.
You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service for you — to sync your league, run the models against it, generate your plan and alerts, send the digests you asked for, sync your data between your own devices, and provide support when you ask for it. That licence ends when you delete the data or your account, subject to backups and any records we must keep by law.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your league data to train third-party AI models. We do not publish your team, your league or your results.
You are responsible for having the right to give us the data you connect, including where a league contains other managers' teams. Aggregate, fully de-identified statistics about how the product is used may be used to improve it.
13. Third-party integrations
Bellcow connects to fantasy platforms to read your league. That access is read-only in every case.
- Sleeper — read via Sleeper's public API. See the licence note on Data Sources: Sleeper's API is currently classified in our own register as free for non-commercial use, with commercial use requiring Sleeper's permission.
- Yahoo — OAuth sign-in with read-only scope. Your Yahoo tokens are handed to your browser and kept there; as the product works today, they are never stored on our servers. Yahoo's Fantasy Sports API application is still awaiting Yahoo's approval, and if that approval arrives and we enable background synchronisation, refresh tokens would be stored encrypted on our servers instead. We will say so on the Security page before that happens, not after.
- ESPN — read through undocumented endpoints. This connector is flagged in our register as requiring legal review; manual import is the supported fallback. Private-league cookies are held in your own browser and are not stored on our servers. A server-side encrypted alternative exists in the codebase but is disabled pending technical, security and legal approvals — see Security.
- Manual / CSV / draft import — always available, always permitted, and never dependent on anyone else's API.
Your use of any platform remains governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, changes to their APIs, or their handling of your data. A platform can break, rate-limit, or withdraw access to its API at any time, and if it does, the connector that depends on it will stop working — that is a foreseeable event, not a defect in Bellcow.
14. Data sources and attribution
Every external source Bellcow uses is recorded in a source register that is enforced in code: a source that is not marked approved cannot be used for production intelligence. That register, its licence statuses and its honest gaps are published in full on the Data Sources page. NFL data is used under nflverse's CC BY 4.0 licence with attribution; trade-market values come from Stats Guy Fantasy with a visible credit link.
15. Service availability
Bellcow is provided on a best-effort basis. There is no service level agreement and no uptime guarantee. Scheduled jobs (data refresh, alerts, morning digests) run on a cadence that depends on free upstream feeds and on our host's scheduling limits; they can be late, can skip a run, or can degrade to a reduced version of the output rather than fail loudly. Live status is at /status.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we perform maintenance without notice when required. If a component we depend on is unavailable, Bellcow is designed to degrade honestly — showing lower confidence or a reduced answer — rather than to invent data.
16. AI-generated recommendations
Parts of Bellcow are powered by statistical models we built and by a third-party large language model (Anthropic's Claude) used to answer your questions about your league. AI and model output is probabilistic and can be wrong, including confidently wrong. It is informational only. You are the general manager: every decision and every transaction is yours. The full disclosure is the AI Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
17. Fantasy limitations
NFL player performance is genuinely unpredictable. Projections are estimates with real error bars. League rules, scoring, waiver systems and roster settings vary enormously and can be configured in ways our reading of them does not perfectly capture. Data can be stale at exactly the moment it matters most — a Sunday inactive list. The full disclosure is the Fantasy Sports Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
18. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee that using Bellcow will make you win a matchup, make the playoffs, win your league, win money, or improve your record at all. Any probability, championship odds figure, win probability or confidence score shown anywhere in the product or in our marketing is a modeled estimate, not a promise. Nobody at Bellcow will ever tell you a championship is guaranteed, and you should not believe anyone who does.
19. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellcow GM is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and you may have rights that these Terms cannot take away.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Soulvaya Labs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost league winnings, lost entry fees, lost data, lost opportunity or reputational harm, arising out of or relating to Bellcow — whether or not we were told such damages were possible.
- Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid us in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer right that cannot be waived where you live.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soulvaya Labs, Inc., its officers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising out of your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms or of any law, your breach of a fantasy platform's terms, or content or credentials you connect that you had no right to connect.
22. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict an account, immediately and without notice where necessary, if we reasonably believe it is being used to break these Terms, to attack or degrade the service, to access someone else's data, or to commit fraud or payment abuse (including a chargeback filed without contacting us first). Where a suspension turns out to be our mistake, we will restore access and, if you have lost meaningful paid access, extend or refund it.
23. Termination
You may stop using Bellcow at any time and request deletion of your account from support@bellcowgm.com. We may terminate this agreement for material breach, or if we discontinue the service entirely. If we shut the service down mid-season, we will refund the unused portion of any Season Pass on a pro-rata basis. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, feedback, governing law and disputes — survive it.
24. Changes to the service and to these Terms
We improve, change and occasionally remove features. We may also update these Terms. When we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and for a change that materially reduces what you get or materially increases your obligations, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect where practicable. Continuing to use Bellcow after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not accept a material change and you are inside an active Season Pass, tell us and we will refund the unused portion.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable United States federal law. Soulvaya Labs, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its registered address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
For any claim that proceeds in court, you and Soulvaya agree to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware — except that you may always bring an individual claim where you live if the law of your home jurisdiction gives you that right.
If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, or grants you consumer protections that cannot be contracted out of, that right is preserved. Nothing in this section overrides a consumer protection you cannot lawfully waive.
26. Disputes
Talk to us first. Almost every dispute about a $19.99 product is solvable by email. Before starting formal proceedings, send a short description of the problem, the outcome you want, and your contact details to legal@bellcowgm.com, or by post to Soulvaya Labs, Inc., Attn: Legal, 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713. We will respond within 10 business days and both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it informally for 30 days.
If that fails, either of us may bring the claim in a court of competent jurisdiction under section 25. Either of us may also bring an individual claim in small claims court, which is usually the fastest and cheapest route for a dispute of this size. We are not asking you to give up a jury trial or to join a mandatory arbitration programme, and there is no class-action waiver in these Terms. That is a deliberate choice for a $19.99 product: for a dispute this size, small claims court is faster and cheaper for you than arbitration would be, and we would rather not make you sign away a right in order to save ourselves paperwork.
27. Copyright complaints
We respect other people's copyright and we expect the same. If you believe material on Bellcow infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512, to our designated agent:
DMCA Designated Agent

Email: dmca@bellcowgm.com
Your notice must include: an identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed; an identification of the material you say infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it; your contact information; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.
You may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) to the same agent. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
28. Export control and sanctions
Bellcow is offered from the United States and is subject to United States export-control and sanctions law. By using it you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to comprehensive US sanctions, that you are not named on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties — including the Specially Designated Nationals list — and that you will not export, re-export or transfer the service or anything obtained through it in breach of those laws. You are responsible for complying with the law of your own jurisdiction as well as ours.
29. Feedback
If you send us a suggestion, a bug report, a feature request or any other feedback about Bellcow, you give us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it and build it into the product, with no obligation, attribution or payment to you. You confirm that the feedback is yours to give and that sharing it does not breach anyone else's rights. This does not cover your league data, your account information or anything else covered by the Privacy Policy — those stay yours and are governed by that policy, not by this section.
30. General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies they link to are the whole agreement between us about Bellcow, and replace any earlier version.
- Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, on notice to you.
- Force majeure. Neither side is liable for failure caused by events genuinely beyond its reasonable control, including upstream provider outages.
- No third-party beneficiaries. Nobody outside this agreement gains rights under it.
- Notices. We contact you at the email on your account. Day-to-day, you contact us at support@bellcowgm.com; formal legal notices go to legal@bellcowgm.com or to the postal address in section 31.
