Operational
Measured and working normally.
Degraded Performance
Working, but slower, staler or missing a non-essential part.
Partial Outage
A dependency is down; some things will fail.
Major Outage
The component cannot do its job at all.
Maintenance
A known, planned limitation — not an incident.
Not monitored
We have no honest signal for this right now, so we are not claiming one.
What this page can and can't see
It can see: whether each service's configuration is present, whether a write/read round-trip through our storage layer succeeds, how old the published player-data bundle is and what it reports about its own inputs, whether Stripe, Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, our mail provider and the model API answer a request from our servers, and when the last injury scan and the last morning digest actually completed.
It cannot see: whether a particular email landed in your inbox or your spam folder, whether your own network or a browser extension is blocking us, whether your ESPN cookies are still valid, or whether a platform is failing only for certain leagues. Those show up as tickets, not as status lines — if something is wrong for you and this page is all green, that is worth telling us.
Known, deliberate gaps in the data itself — practice participation, gameday inactives, live snap counts and weather, all of which need a commercial feed we have not bought — are documented on Data Sources, not reported here as an outage.
